What to include in your enquiry

The fastest quote comes from four things: the artwork file, the garment you want it printed on, the quantity, and the date you need it in hand. Send artwork as PNG with a transparent background, PDF, AI, EPS or SVG — vector files give the cleanest edges on text and fine line work. If you only have a low-resolution image or a photo of a design, send it anyway and we will tell you honestly whether it will print well before you commit to anything.

For repeatable brand work we also keep your artwork on file, so re-orders do not need the file re-sent. Tell us the brand name when you first get in touch and we will set that up.

Turnaround and collection

Single pieces and small walk-in orders are usually printed the same day while you wait, subject to queue length. Bulk runs of gang-sheet packages typically take one to two working days, and high-volume orders are scheduled in advance so you get a date you can plan around rather than a vague estimate. Courier delivery runs nationwide across South Africa; local customers in Kempton Park, Clayville, Olifantsfontein, Midrand and the surrounding Gauteng areas can also collect in person.

Walk-ins are welcome during studio hours. If you are travelling to us for a job with a deadline, send a message first so we can confirm stock and hold a press slot for you.

How DTF printing suits your job

Direct-to-film printing lays a full-colour, stretchable transfer that will not crack or fade the way a vinyl or screen print can. That makes it the right choice for photographic artwork, gradients and multi-colour logos, and it works on cotton, polyester, blends and most performance fabrics. Our DTF transfer rolls and gang sheets are sold at wholesale running-meter prices for brands that press their own stock — the same film and adhesive powder we use for in-house orders.
